cvc66 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
Account Registration
To open an account on cvc66, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. All details including your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth must be truthful and up to date.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If more than one account exists under the same person's name, mobile number or payment method, they will be treated as duplicates and cvc66 reserves the right to close those accounts at any time. Any bonuses or winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
For security and fraud prevention purposes, cvc66 may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-approved document. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal processing may be delayed.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with or granting account access to any third party is a violation of these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised use, you must notify the cvc66 support team immediately.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
All cvc66 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
Additionally, cvc66 may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
If cvc66 believes an account is being operated by an ineligible person, that account will be closed immediately and action will be taken as appropriate.
Deposits and Withdrawals
cvc66 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank) for financial transactions. The same methods can also be used for withdrawals.
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, first-time withdrawals or cases requiring identity verification may take additional time.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before withdrawing, all wagering requirements on active bonuses in the account must be met. If wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn; however, the original deposited amount may be withdrawn separately — in that case, the applicable bonus will be automatically cancelled.
Where possible, withdrawals are preferred to be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. To prevent fraud, cvc66 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. cvc66 reserves the right to cancel transactions and suspend accounts if a third party's wallet or bank account is used.
Bonuses and Promotions
cvc66 runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions, which are stated in detail on the offer page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Other Promotions
In addition to the welcome bonus, cvc66 runs multiple promotions including weekly reloads, slot win bonuses, cricket deposit rewards, birthday special gifts and friend referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility criteria.
5.3 Bonus Forfeiture
If wagering is not completed within the set period after receiving a bonus, or if any condition is violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
cvc66 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. If suspicious bonus abuse is detected, the related transactions will be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvc66 platform, and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is identified:
- Providing false or misleading information during account registration
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using artificial betting strategies intended to exploit the bonus system
- Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
- Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other users
- Attempting to disrupt the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
If any of the above activities are proven, cvc66 is able to permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior warning.
Account Suspension or Closure
7.1 Closure by cvc66
cvc66 may suspend or close any account immediately if any clause of these Terms is violated, suspicious activity is observed, or for legal reasons. Advance notice is not required for this decision.
7.2 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. All active bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened before the period expires.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. cvc66 may set a separate policy for balances in inactive accounts, and this will be communicated to the registered email address.
Limitation of Liability
cvc66 endeavours to provide its services as continuously and reliably as possible. However, cvc66 cannot be held responsible in the following situations:
- Service disruption due to technical faults, server issues or internet connectivity problems
- Transactions delayed or failed due to a third-party payment provider
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information
- Account damage caused by unauthorised third-party access
- Service interruption due to force majeure or circumstances beyond cvc66's control
Game results are entirely dependent on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Claims of manipulation of game outcomes are not accepted unless there is evidence of a technical fault.
Privacy and Data Protection
